- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2nd time visiting your bank through window with a BUSINESS ACCOUNT I advise Kathy at window needs some customer service training. We have a big acct there-business-and she needs to be more courteous with customers. Once I pulled up-no "Hello" nor smile. I had to initiate the greeting AND I was very insulted when she looked at me after transaction and maybe for 5 seconds pass.... I had to tell her "Thank you"? instead of her saying "Thank you"--for us doing business with BB&T. instead she looks at me and says "you welcome' but with a rude look on her face.
