  They do not help anyone and all they care about is there money not helping anyone so god so help you don't contact them ever

  Somebody had the NERVE to remove my post. That's fine, I'll write it again. I've needed them twice. Completely incompetent both times. One time someone tried to break into my house. They took 30 minutes to get there, drove around, didn't even pull in the driveway and left without acknowledging me. The second I asked since I worked right across from them if one of them would go by the bank while I make my deposit at 2:30 am. They said no they're busy. On my way home three of them were doing traffic stops in different places. That doesn't seem busy to me Troutman police department. Also, my brother was pulled over. They asked him what he was doing wrong. He said I don't know I wasn't speeding. They said hold on. The office came back and said your tags are going to expire in 15 days and then searched his car where they found nothing because there was nothing to find. They refuse to do their job or help the public. Thank you for nothing. I've also emailed them about this and they never responded.
